They were accurate in the construction timeline estimate. Some construction companies promise certain timelines to get the contract, but Spurr was giving us a timeline they truly believed was workable.
Communication was a strong point. The superintendent was continually letting me know information that I needed. As the superintendent got to know my desire for involvement in many of the smaller decisions, he got me involved even though it would have been simpler to keep me out of the loop on some items. Every owner is different as to their wishes in this area of day to day involvement, and Spurr adjusted to my wishes.
